With a nurse’s precision

and a gardener’s heart. . .

My Story

I’ve spent years working as a nurse, and my favorite part has always been connecting with people — hearing their stories, learning about their lives, and finding those small human moments that matter most. Somewhere along the way, I started looking for my own creative outlet, a way to tell stories without words.

Metalwork became that for me. There’s something about taking a flat sheet of brass, copper, or nickel and slowly shaping it into a flower that feels alive. It lets me capture the beauty of something fleeting and turn it into something you can hold onto — for a wedding day, an anniversary, or just because it makes you smile.

For me, each piece is a little bridge between nature and the person who brings it into their home. I hope when you see my work, you feel the same spark of connection and joy I feel when I make it.

My Process

Every piece starts as a plain sheet of metal. I cut it by hand, emboss the veins, curve each petal, and wire the parts together until it takes shape. It’s slow, detailed work — and that’s what I love about it.

I study each plant closely before I begin, paying attention to the bends, textures, and light so the final piece carries the same quiet elegance of the real thing. The result is a bloom that will never wilt, one that’s meant to be enjoyed and passed down for years to come.
